Only items in new, re-sellable condition may be returned. Some restrictions apply.
In most cases, refunds are issued as store credit.
You may request a prepaid USPS label. A $5 fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you prefer to mail the items at your expense, we highly recommend shipping with tracking.
