Only items in new, re-sellable condition may be returned. Some restrictions apply.
In most cases, refunds are issued as store credit.
If you request a prepaid label for your return, there is a $5 fee. The fee will be deducted from your refund credit. When you request a pre-paid label, you should receive it via email immediately after your request is approved. If you don't receive it, please check your SPAM folder.
You may mail items back to us at your expense. We highly recommend shipping with tracking. Send us the tracking number to expedite your return.
If you prefer an exchange, a $10 fee will cover round-trip shipping. You will receive an email invoice for the charge.
Please include your order number inside the package.
